Then go to an option that says something like "Upload directly from your phone."

Then it will give you a number that you can send pictures from your phone to, just like sending them to someone else.

When you send them, they'll be uploaded, and have an IMG code that you can copy and paste here, and let the image show up.

In your account you can see the picture in your album.

Under the picture will be four lines of text.

Highlight the line of text that begins with [IMG]


Highlight the entire line. Right click that highlighted line. Hit the "copy" button that shows up.

Go over here.... go to make a post. Right click into our white posting box and hit the button that says "paste" when it pops up. Then post.
