Put this together myself. AR Performance bolt and barrel, Mega upper and lower, DPMS parts kit, JP trigger, Magpul buttstock, JP forearm, Noveske break/hider. Bit ugly with the Pig on the front, but works well for hunting and won't bother my ears.

Sigh. The GA-15. Mine is still a bare lower and a pile of parts. Haven't figured out what kind of upper I want to put on it.
I don't have a 6.8 btw. Do have a 5.7.

Tar I guess you did research into the 6.8?
Why pick it over other rounds like 6.5 and whatever other cool-guy rounds are out there? One day I'd like to follow ya.

Not to thread jack, but I've got my eye on the 300 Blackout. If that caliber takes off, I'll definitely get an upper for it.

If you have a .30cal suppressor you'd be crazy not to, it makes an awesome suppressed platform.
