    A lot of the same type thing in the retail world. You chase a shoplifter as an associate, you get sh!tcanned. No questions. It's a "liability" thing.

    With the reputation that banks (some not all) are getting hell if i had a bank I'd hire that person and make a big deal about it. Then again I live in B.F.E. south GA and what we think here seems to go against the wisdom of the urban establishment.
