    That's odd. Didn't know it was possible.


    Where will they conduct business? Or I wonder if they will still be allowed to operate in building

    The article said the state sold the buildings and then leased them back. I get the impression it allows them to cut costs and they might be off the hooK for some of the maintenance expenditures.
