Yep, I submitted it to geocache.com and they approved it the same day. GC number is GC2FNGX.

So far two geocachers have found it.

That is cool. Sounds like fun for someone with a lot of time to drive around.... If I'm understanding it correctly, you get Lat Lon coords and use your GPS to try to find? I'd like to look for one at N37.23 W115.82
