I read the text, and frankly I didn't see anything different than the NRA calling anti-gun people (US citizens too) the enemy, nor in any heated political debate when some Senator or wannabe calls those against his or her policies "enemies." Don't pro-life people call pro-choice people the enemy? Don't those who want to deport illegals call those who want to let them stay here "the enemy?" I think in the hype before this next weeks election some things are a bit overplayed. Whatever you want to think is okay with me of course, but as for me I don't consider it a big deal. You want to talk about stupid presidential quotes? Check the lists of some of the things GWB said...

I feel there is a distinction between calling some an enemy to an ideal, (gun rights, abortion, fair tax, ect...ect...) and calling for the punishment of "our enemies". It is just another peek at how this administration (DHS reports, justice dept) feels about those of us who are conservative or TEA party members. They are getting closer and closer to labeling us domestic terrorists.

Oh BTW, I'm not a GOP fan either. The repubicans have done an equal amount of damage to our republic.

I could have almost forgivin the terrorists on 9/11 if they had hit DC instead of New York. At least then we could have started over with new blood there instead of the ruling class elite we currently have.
