    Default Venison, it's what's for dinner

    Took him down last Friday. Full size buck, about 2 years old, just small horn. Time to cull him out before the rut.



    Mmmm, kind of fitting. Hunter's schnitzel for the fresh venison.



    Dinner is served...and with the rifle that took him down! He was...is...quite tasty! Served with a 6 month old home-made mead that I made as a learning tool for for my daughter.
