Thread: Preparing...

So, who is following Glenn Beck's advice and preparing for the inevitable? We've got some food laid back over time, although I don't agree that gold would get you much if society collapsed. I think ammo would be a better investment.

Yeah, we've been storing a bit for awhile, but I think we need to step it up. May be late, but not too late yet.

I've been prepping for quite some time, even got my yankee neighbors to start.

I have prepped some, but not enough, I will say that I grew up hearing, "the man with a gun, the knowledge and skills to use it, will always have food on his table"

I can understand that sentiment, but what happens when 350 million plus people are all going after the same food for their table. It won't take long before there isn't a wild animal, dog, cat or hamster left. I consider anything caught in the wild a bonus, but don't plan on it as a staple.
