That is just F'ed up. I passed a trio of girls today with a stand set up. They were pumping their arms wanting me to sound the air horns on the truck, so I did. They were laughing and jumping up and down when I did it. The kids get a kick out of that when I drive thru some neighborhoods.

I saw this on TV and nearly threw up a little bit. I always heard the joke that only the government would shut down a lemonade stand due to health code violations and lack of permits, it never crossed my mind that the government would actually do that.
