If he came back and the perp on the floor was still a threat then I call good shoot. If he came back and he wasn't a threat he shouldn't have shot him.

I was just saying if he was laying there bleeding out and not in reach of a weapon I wouldn't have shot him again.

I figure that is what ya meant I was just saying that they are using the term ... Sounds to me the people of the town and state of Okie don't want the pharmist arested and charged with murder

I agree with you guys. The NAACP is going to try to paint this as a racial 'hate crime', when, in fact, it's a self-defense situation.

Read this story on another site, yesterday. I thought both were armed. Nonetheless, I feel the pharmacist did the right thing. He not only saved his life, but also anyone else working there with him. I don't feel sorry for this kid, whatsoever. If he wasn't there trying to rob the pharmacy, he would not have been shot. Dangerous situation, and these guys wanted drugs and money. Am sure they did not expect the pharmacist to be packing. IF I were working next to him, I'd be very grateful. I hope the pharmacist gets acquitted.
