Less than 10 days here in Carroll Co. west of ATL. Lots of folks from some of the less friendly gun states don't understand that Georgia has no firearms registration. With person-to-person sales legal that means even the federal form you fill out on purchase from a dealer doesn't mean much. There is no legal basis for anyone to "assume" you still have that gun, and no need for you to "prove" who you sold it to... This is my opinion and I have no legal training (other than some business law and my personal reading).
