Made me think of the fake John Wayne rap song by Dr. Demento... in it Wayne is faced by 200 people and he has two six-guns. He says, "That's twelve dead and 188 pall-bearers..."

ain't that the truth
Shooting round guns you learn to make your shots count. Because of the lack of rounds.
Shoot one in an IDPA match and you'll learn not to waste rounds.and you can win.
Take an auto and you can point and pray and still win.
My point has been proven by me.
With the auto I shot almost twice the rounds.
Shot both guns in the same match
Trust the government?
Ask an Indian.
The wheel gun is the thinking mans gun but I shoot IDPA also. I don't use the spray and pay method. Although I will make up shots when needed. Which isn't that often. But that said this is the reason there are different classes. A wheel gun CAN'T keep up with an auto unless your name is Jerry Miculek. Just my thoughts on it.
I voted for the semi because i only have five shot revolvers.
I vote Semi....because I don't practice with a revolver.
I'm sure if I, or anyone else, did enough training with a certain revolver, then that would be the choice.
OK .... Spray and pray = NOT GOOD! If all you want to do is shoot fast any gun will do. BUT ... If you want to actually HIT what you're aiming at any gun will do as well. The key point AGAIN is the shooter. What do you shoot better, semi or revolver? I LOVE both and shoot them about the same. The whole point of shooting - competition or for blood - is to hit what youi're aiming at and not just throw rounds down range, right? So, if you want to shoot a single-action go ahead; double-action, be my guest; semi-auto all the better. It doesn't make any difference. All guns out of the box can shoot better than those shooting them anyway. Go have some fun!![]()
Isaiah 6:8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,
"Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?"
And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
