This would work on anything besides just elk. Here in montana archery season was warm cold so the two elk we did get had to be boned out and put on ice. We left them completely covered in ice for three days to bleed out. At this point we have not had one bad steak.
Ice it will be for everything.
Flower salt pepper tiny bit of oil and a good pan
i will put just enough oil in the pan i can take a steak and cover the bottom and i will put about a cup of flower in a gallon zip lock add salt and pepper to taste coat the steaks and fry on med heat tell done.
