Thread: A cool DIY vedio I found for making a stove from a Ammo Can.

Here is a great DIY project for the winter months. Check out a how to video we added to our YouTube channel for USArmyTent for making your own Ammo can wood burning stove! These generally are made out of 50 cal cans but you can use a fat 50 or a 20mm ammo can and make a larger wood heater. On the top of this ammo can heater I would weld a little thicker plate to make a good burner for cooking as well. Just wanted to share this thought it was cool.

Any one else have any cool ideas for DIY wood heaters?

Ya if I had a way to cut and weld I would like to try and make some of these. Seems like a great tool for Bushcraft!
