Ok...I was inspired by something I saw on Lightfighter.

For a modular setup, the guy took a bladetech Phantom and stuffed it into a molle magazine shingle. He put the IWB loops through the molle. It made me want to try something.

Took my $20 Bladetech phantom

Took my $20 HSGI Modular Holster , picture of it here : Clearance HSGI Modular Holster Vertical, ACU

Took my knife, my phillips head screwdriver, and my mitts.

Cut/Removed the retention strap.

Cut some of the vertical threads inside the holster, those forward/down of the trigger guard. Not the trigger guard itself, this let me stuff the bladetech in at the height that I wanted.

Cut holes where the screws of the IWB loops go into the holes of the holster..JUST big enough for the screws.

Screwed the pull-the-dot male ends on from the outside. Snug...secure....But I need to run it and test it and see what's good. Might have to cut some holes to reach the tension adjustment screws.

Here's the finished product (for now.)

I figure if it doesn't work out that I didn't lose much.
